In August Bath’s Real Estate market saw a third month in a row with 43 Active Listings for buyers to consider. This is great news as we head into the fall market and buyers continue to look for options before the snow flies here in Maine. Bath has made great strides this selling season becoming a very desirable market for buyers of all types. With the wide range in housing stock to consider, Bath offers a little bit for everyone. The Pending Sales increased from 7 in July to 13 in August. The Sold Properties also increased from 13 in July to 19 in August. The next couple of months will be key to monitor in Bath. Either the inventory will remain very low and possibly decrease over the busy fall market, or, buyers might slow down giving Bath additional Active Listings.
August ended with 43 Current Listings (same from July), 13 Pending Sales (up 5 from July), and 19 Closed Sales (up 6 from July). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 98% for August.
