In June Brunswick’s Real Estate market saw a good decrease in inventory down to 68 Current Listings for buyers to view and consider from 79 in May. The Pending Sales increased to 48 in June from 42 in May showing us that business remains very strong in Brunswick. While we saw a decrease in Sold Properties I would expect that to rise next month with all of the Pending Sales currently on the books for buyers and sellers. June ended with 68 Current Listings (down 11 from May), 48 Pending Sales (up 6 from May), and 24 Closed Sales (down 9 from May). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 98% for June.
