The Topsham Real Estate Market Report for June shows us that Topsham is hitting one of it’s all time lows for available listings decreasing down to only 17 available! The Pending Sales remains strong at 24 showing us that the Topsham market lacks inventory and sellers can’t keep up with the buyer’s demand. With another strong month of sales at 21, Topsham is probably one of the hottest markets in our region right now!

June ended with  17 Current Listings (a decrease of 7 from May), 24 Pending Sales (down 3 from May), and 21 Closed Sales in May (a decrease of 1 from May).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio decreased to 95%.
