We would expect to see Brunswick increase in the number of Sold units for May with all the activity and Pending Sales. Brunswick continues to be a hot market and with new housing options at the McKean Street landing, affordability is possible as those homes reemerge into the market.
April ended with 61 Current Listings (up 1 from March), 48 Pending Sales in April (up 16 from March), and 9 Closed Sales in March (down 5 from March). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio remained the same at 98%.
