In April Bath’s Real Estate market saw an increase in available listings to 39 total, that is an increase of only 4 listings from March, but, we will take anything we can get at this point! Pending Sales remained steady at 22 along with the Sold properties remaining strong at 11 sales for the month. It was great for buyers to see a slight increase in Active Listings, even if only by a few. Bath has become like Topsham and Brunswick with very little to look at and consider when shopping. I hear buyers are mounting up with bank approval letters, but, they still do not have enough affordable options to consider.
April ended with 39 Current Listings (up 4 from March), 22 Pending Sales (down 1 from March), and 11 Closed Sales (down 3 from March). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 97% for April.
