The Topsham Real Estate Market Report for April shows us that Topsham remained the same with Active listing at only 22 available. The Pending Sales took a good increase to 37 showing us that new listings continue to move quickly in this hot market. With all of the Pending Sales we would expect the Sold Properties to increase a bit for the May Market Report. April ended with  22 Current Listings (remaining the same from March), 37 Pending Sales (up 8 from March), and 8 Closed Sales in April (a decrease of  4 from March).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio increased from 103% to 99%!
