Looking at the  Real Estate Sales data in Brunswick on this rainy afternoon, we see a bit a bit of a mixed bag in September.  With the number of Active Listings dipping still further as Pending Sales increased, the  advantage may continue to be in the Sellers’ court as we are in the midst of a gorgeous (except for today!) Fall Selling Season.

September ended with 116 Current Listings (down 9 from August),  59 Pending Sales (up 7 from August), but only 23 Closed Sales in September (down 9 from August).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio continues for the 4th straight month at 99% in September.
