We mentioned in last month’s report that October saw us working with more new Buyers and Sellers than we would have thought for this time of year – – the Brunswick home sales data shows an October rebound over the September stats.

October saw more closed sales, more pending sales, but still fewer current listings than the previous month in Brunswick.  We expect listings to dwindle in all markets as the holidays approach.

Compared to Brunswick’s September numbers, Current Listings decreased by 14 to 112 at the end of October; but the number of Pending Home Sales increased from 25 to 33, and 30 Brunswick Home Sales closed in October, compared to 22 sales in September.  This sets up nicely for good end of year sales numbers.

We also note that Median Sales Price is in an improved range this month after taking a bit of a dip in September.
