When we posted last month’s real estate market report for Topsham, we were celebrating the peak of Fall foliage colors in the Southern Mid-Coast Region.  Two snow storms later and with temps well below normal, that seems like such a long time ago!

Last month, we thought the Topsham market was tapering a little prematurely in anticipation of the holidays, but it actually held pretty steady in October.

Compared to Topsham’s September numbers, Current Listings are unchanged at 62, the number of Pending Home Sales decreased from 14 to 13, and 13 Topsham Home Sales closed in October, compared to 15 sales in September.
