In September Bath’s Real Estate market remained about the same for Active Listings only decreasing by one from 43 to 42 when comparing to August. The Pending Sales increased by 3 from 13 to 16 from August’s numbers. The Sold Properties decreased by 10 from 19 down to 9 from August. The market remains strong as we head into the colder months here in Maine. The inventory remains steady giving buyers options to consider before we head into the long and cold Maine winter. The question will be how does the inventory look over winter and as we head into spring next year? Will it start to increase or will we see another year like we did this year with positive news for sellers?
September ended with 42 Current Listings (down 1 from August), 16 Pending Sales (up 3 from August), and 9 Closed Sales (down 10 from August). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 98% for September.
