In July Brunswick’s Real Estate market remained about the same for Active listings from 69 in June down to 66 in July. This amount of inventory has been helpful for the Brunswick buyers as they look around and shop over the summer. As we head into the fall, we would expect the inventory to continue to decrease slightly giving buyers less Active properties to consider. The Pending Sales remained strong at 29 in July compared to 36 in June. The Sold [properties also remained strong at 24 for July compared to 28 in June. This is a good sign as we progress through the summer lull that buyers are still out hunting and the summer busy season and heat is not slowing them down in Brunswick.
July ended with 66 Current Listings (down 3 from June), 29 Pending Sales (down 7 from June), and 24 Closed Sales (down 4 from June). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 102.8% for July!
