In January Brunswick’s Real Estate market saw a large decrease in Active listings by 16 from 56 down to 40 total! This does not give the eager buyer much to look at if you are still house hunting this winter. Interest rates remain low and buyers are still very active. Buyers are frustrated with the lack of inventory so do them a favor and list early this year, it may help you out too! No one likes the idea of moving in the winter but with all the buyers waiting to purchase, you can have your pick of the buyer that works best for your needs if you get a jump start on your plans to list and sell in 2018!
January ended with 40 Current Listings (down 16 from December), 25 Pending Sales (up 3 from December), and 18 Closed Sales (up 1 from December). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 100% for January.
