In January Bath’s Real Estate market saw another decrease in Active listings down to a total of only 28 available listings! We have 10 less Active listings when comparing to January 2017. The market seems to be calling for more listings. Buyers are building up not having options to look at and when a good option comes up it seems to attract more than one buyer to the table. Getting ready and listed early is the key for 2018. Buyers are still looking now and with a good demand of buyers properties are still selling very quick and sometimes for more than the asking price. Bath used to be a great affordable place to buy but that window has slowly closed making it tough but not impossible.
January ended with 28 Current Listings (down 4 from December), 15 Pending Sales (down 3 from December), and 11 Closed Sales (down 4 from December). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 98% for January.
