In December Brunswick’s Real Estate market saw a slight decrease in Active listings from 63 to 56 when looking at the previous months numbers. The Pending sales also decreased by 7 showing us the market has slowed down slightly. The Sold properties only decreased by 2 which would have had help from closings being pushed into December due to Thanksgiving at the end of November. With inventory decreasing we will have to see if the Pending sales and Sold properties remain strong as we head into the new year. Buyers are still out looking so its a great time to list and sell your home even though we are in the midst of winter. This spring will be a very early market with demand still building from buyers who just don’t have the inventory to consider.
December ended with 56 Current Listings (down 7 from November), 22 Pending Sales (down 7 from November), and 19 Closed Sales (down 2 from November). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 99% for December.
