In February Bath’s Real Estate market saw a decrease in inventory from 38 to 34 available listings. This is hard to believe looking at the 57 that were available in February 2016. The Bath market really heated up last year and we expect it to remain strong in 2017. With inventory depleting and prices on the rise Bath’s excellent days of investing are slowly becoming a thing of the past. List early in Bath if you plan to sell, don’t miss the buyers! 

February ended with 34 Current Listings  (down 4 from January),  22 Pending Sales (up 2 from January), and  8 Closed Sales (down 1 from January).   Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 102% for February!

Comparing Bath’s data for February 2017 with February 2016, this is what we see:

• February 2017 Current Listings – 34 vs 57 in February 2016
• February 2017 Pending Sales – 22 vs. 20 in February 2016
• February 2017 Sales – 8 vs. 13 in February 2016
