In January, the Brunswick Real Estate Market saw another decrease in inventory to a total of 48 Active Listings. This is the lowest amount of inventory that Brunswick has seen in 2015, 2016 and 2017! The Brunswick market has become extremely difficult for buyers to find affordable housing. It’s hard to think that even a few years ago the options under $200,000 were FAR greater. Sellers in Brunswick can push the envelope on pricing this year, but, have to ask themselves what they will be dealing with if they are planning to buy in the same region.
January ended with 48 Current Listings (down 5 from December), 18 Pending Sales in January (down 1 from December), and 15 Closed Sales in January (down 3 from December). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio decreased 2% from December to 97%.
