In June Bath’s Real Estate market remained strong. The inventory decreased slightly but so did the Pending Sales and the Sold properties. As we hit the middle of the summer it appears like Bath continues to head in the right direction with a very busy selling season.

June ended with 65 Current Listings  (down 4 from May),  30 Pending Sales (down 8 from May), and 21 Closed Sales in June (up 3 from May).   Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio came in at 99% for June, which is an increase in almost 5 points from May! 

Comparing Bath’s data for June 2016 with June 2015, this is what we see:

• June 2016 Pending Sales – 30 vs. 27 in June 2015
• June 2016 Sales – 21 vs. 12 in June 2015
