In June, the Brunswick Real Estate Market remained strong just like Topsham across the bridge. Active listing and pending listings did not change much but what we did see is a decrease in the sales for June. Brunswick dropped from 31 sales in May to only 20 in June. With the high level of pending sales occurring, it shows you that acting quick to get the home you want may be the only way to beat the competition.

June ended with 79 Current Listings (up 1 from May),  54 Pending Sales in June (down 4 from May), and  20 Closed Sales in June (down 11 from May).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio is 98.08%, remaining the same from last month.  Average Days on Market is down to 42!

Comparing June 2016 with June 2015 in Brunswick:

• 79 Current listings in 2016 vs. 119 last June;
• 54 Pending Sales in 2016 vs. 47 last June;
• 20 Closed Sales in 2016 vs. 37 last June;
• June 2016 Median Sales Price $207,000 vs. June 2015 Median Sales Price $240,000.
