The Spring Real Estate Market in Brunswick is booming! After the low inventory levels we’ve seen the past few months, Sellers have stepped up to the plate and are putting their homes on the market, but Buyers are snapping them up almost as quickly! Brunswick continues to have the most active market in Maine Home Realty’s territory.

April ended with 103 Current Listings (up 21 from March), 53 Pending Sales (up 13! from March), and 20 Closed Sales in April (up 2 from March). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio is at 102% in April, caused predominantly by a “to be built” sale at Botany Place that sold for 150% of list price due to option & finish selections.
