The Spring Real Estate Market is experiencing temporary delays as home owners who had planned to list at the end of February are now getting ready to give it a try around April 1st.

We are encouraging those who are otherwise ready, to ignore Mother Nature’s icy grip and list properties right now.  Inventories are low and Buyers are watching the real estate listing websites like vultures!
