Compared to last month, current inventory in Bath only gained a few units in June, despite a decrease in the number of closed sales.  Units under contract are on a par with last month as we hit the peak of Summer, so we expect sales to remain steady through the season.

Note:  The high under contract ($995,000) has been pending since March without a sale closing.  This listing has skewed the pending numbers for some months now.  The next highest priced listing that is under contract in June is priced at $379,000.
