March 2013 Market Report for Bath, Brunswick, Topsham

The Chart below shows Current (active) Listings, Pending (under contract) Sales and March Home Sales data for the City of Bath and Towns of Brunswick and Topsham, which are the major towns in Maine Home Realty’s Market Area.

During the month of March, we saw that Current Listings were down from the previous month in all three towns.  Pending Sales in March were also down from February across the three towns, but Home Sales were a mixed bag – down in Bath and Brunswick, but up significantly in Topsham when compared to February’s stats.  Buyers are asking us where all the new Spring listings are!
