Mid-Coast Maine – 2012 Real Estate Market Wrap-Up

Here is the first of what we hope is a regular series of Market Reports for those of you interested in how the Southern Mid-Coast Maine Real Estate Market is performing.  In a previous post, we identified the towns where we usually work – 16 of them!  Real estate professionals constantly stress that “All real estate is local” so we hope to share, on a regular basis, what is going on in our very local real estate market in Southern Mid-Coast Maine.  In order to give you an idea of trends, increased or decreased activity, etc., we need to give you a starting point.  Below you will see a summary of properties that Sold in Maine Home Realty’s Market Area during 2012.  In the future, we will provide reports for particular towns and quarterly reports for our entire Market Area.  We hope you find this information helpful.
