In February Bath’s Real Estate market saw another decrease in Active listings down to a total of only 22 Active listings! That is less available Active listings than even Topsham! Bath has become a very attractive place to call home due to its great downtown with shops and restaurants and riverfront park. With affordability closed in most other regions south of Bath, Bath has become the new hot spot for home buyers.
