In October Bath’s Real Estate market remained about the same when comparing to September. The inventory only decreased by two listing from 45 to 43 Active listings. Pending Sales increased by two properties from 21 to 21 and the Sold Listings decreased from 17 to 15. If you have decided to hold off and wait until the spring market, be ready! The spring market has been kicking off early and quickly in the past few years so having everything lined up and ready to go will be key. Bath still offers a stable amount of listings to offer in all price ranges.

October ended with 43 Current Listings  (down 2 from September),  23 Pending Sales (up 2 from September), and  15 Closed Sales (down 2 from September).   Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio was 98% for October.
