In September Bath’s Real Estate market remained steady for Active listings with 45. Buyers have started to feel the pinch in inventory when shopping for a home in Bath just like buyers shopping in Topsham and Brunswick. The Pending sales decreased from 21 to 29 so it will be interesting to see if the summer momentum continues this fall with the October and November numbers. Sold properties increased from 15 to 17 showing us that the market is remaining steady coming out of the summer heat. Bath is a great place to find a home with an array of available inventory in different price ranges. The downtown is beautiful, the parks are attractive and the people are very friendly and easy to meet.
