In March, the Brunswick Real Estate Market saw big increase in inventory from 43 listings to 60 listings! Hopefully this is giving buyers more options to look at as we head into the spring market. March ended with 60 Current Listings (up 17 from February),  32 Pending Sales in March (up 6 from February), and 14 Closed Sales in March (up 4 from February).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio increased from 97% to 98%.
