As March went out like a lamb, the Bath Real Estate Market was showing promising signs for Home Sellers and Buyers, especially those that love historic homes! Even though it is still very early Spring, active listing numbers inched up slightly as smart Sellers recognize its an optimal time for nice listings to stand out. Buyers have a few more options from which to choose, but there continue to be price points with almost nothing to look at.
March ended with 61 Current Listings (up 4 from February), 23 Pending Sales (up 3 from February), and 10 Closed Sales in March (down 2 from February). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio came in at a 97% for March, which is down from the 102% anomaly of last month, but up from the 95% that February would have posted without that one sale.
