As the New Year is already well underway and we are enjoying an extremely mild winter so far, we’ve gathered the December market data for the Town of Topsham and see that Closed Sales are up over last month.  Pending Sales were down, and the available inventory of homes for sale has dropped down to “normal” winter levels for Topsham.

December ended with  41 Current Listings (down 12 from November),  21 Pending Sales (down 2 from November), and  10 Closed Sales in December (up 4 from November).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio went back up a couple points to 97%.
