November ended with 90 Current Listings (down 14 from October), 18 Pending Sales (up 1 from October), and 11 Closed Sales in November (up 1 from October). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio dropped to 90% in November, down 6 points from last month, and the lowest for the year, so far.
We can compare November 2015 with November 2014 in Bath:
- 90 Current listings in 2015 vs. 78 last November;
- 18 Pending Sales in 2015 vs. 18 last November;
- 11 Closed Sales in 2015 vs. 9 last November;
