2015 Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers is released by NAR

Each year, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) releases its Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.  While this information is useful for REALTORS®, like us, to keep up with changes and trends, it may also be of interest to consumers who are thinking about buying or selling a home.  Below is an info-graphic showing highlights from the 2015 Profile Report.  We enjoy the fact that the share of “For Sale By Owner” (FSBO) transactions is at an all-time low of just 8% !!Not a graphic-oriented person?  You can view a short video and more details here.
