Looking at the Real Estate Sales data in Brunswick for the month of October, we saw Active Listings and Pending Sales tapering off as Closed Sales shot up, seemingly, so Buyers could be settled in their homes before the upcoming holiday season!

October ended with 101 Current Listings (down 15 from September), 50 Pending Sales (down 9 from September), and 35 Closed Sales in October (up 12 from September!). Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio dropped one point to 98% in October, breaking the 4 month streak of 99%.
