June ended with 87 Current Listings (up 5 from May), 27 Pending Sales (up 3 from May), and 12 Closed Sales in June (down 6 from May).  We also saw Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio pop back up to a more normal 96% in June.

If we compare June 2015 to June of 2014, Bath’s Summer Real Estate Selling Season is off to a pretty good start: 87 Current Listings this June vs. 94 in 2014; 27 Pending Sales this June vs. 22 in 2014; and 12 Closed Sales this June lags a bit behind last June’s Sales of 17.
