The Chart below shows Current (active) Listings, Pending (under contract) Sales and April Home Sales data for the City of Bath and Towns of Brunswick and Topsham, which are the major towns in Maine Home Realty’s Market Area.

During the month of April, the Brunswick residential real estate market surged! We are consistently seeing multiple offers on cream of the crop listings in desirable Brunswick neighborhoods, and there were 50 Brunswick homes under contract in April!

In all three towns, we are seeing more listings coming on the market as the sunny weather has greened up lawns, flowers and shrubs are in bloom, and curb appeal has returned to Maine.

Pending Sales in April were up from March across the three towns, but Home Sales were, once again, a mixed bag – this time, up in Bath and Brunswick, but down slightly in Topsham, when compared to March stats.
