Topsham, Maine – July 2015 Real Estate Market Report

As the Summer Real Estate Market heated up in the Mid-Coast Region, Topsham real estate sales heated up right along with the temperature!  After Topsham saw an increase in Active Listings in June, the  Closed Sales number shot up in July.  Pending Sales dipped slightly and  Buyers still have good options from which to choose as we head toward fall.

July ended with 56 Current Listings (up 4 from June),  20 Pending Sales (down 5 from June), and 18 Closed Sales in July (up 8 from June).  Average Sales Price to List Price Ratio is back down to 98%.
