Earlier this week, one of our preferred lenders let us know that the mortgage insurance companies are getting more aggressive, and as a result, they can now offer:

• Conventional loans, 3% down, with a credit score as low as 620
• Conventional loans, 5% down, with all of the down payment & closing costs gifted
• Conventional loans, 5% down, with no PMI paid by the borrower
